We offer advisory and design services, fractional leadership and fractional engineering services for early-stage start-ups Design and prototyping. Many start-ups struggle to hire a team with skills that cover all the technical requirements needed. This is particularly true with user-facing technologies, where a broad range of skills may be required to create an engaging MVP as quickly as possible and gain users at speed. This often leads to unnecessary delays, as engineers have to learn or improve skills before projects can progress. We offer fractional engineering services, giving stage start-ups economical access to specialist engineers, particularly where the volume of work for a specific skill does not justify a full-time resource.
Agile design, prototyping & development
Whether a full product or a major new feature, the transition from idea to MVP is one of the largest risks for start-ups at Series A or earlier. Failure to negotiate this can be the difference between successful progress towards exit and a decline and collapse. We offer a range of design and prototyping services for start-ups, ranging from simple UX/UI and documentation to full design and build. Because of our flexible team structure and established production methodologies, we can almost certainly deliver a finished application faster and cheaper than could be achieved in-house.
